Now, the time has come to follow-up on those last minute details. Please keep this list handy to
remind you of important time frames and instructions.
 
Visit Utility companies and inform of changing ownership 2-3 weeks before closing

  • Schedule moving van, including boxes, ramps etc.
  • Schedule technicians of any hookup or disconnection
  • Withdraw funds from Ontario Home, Ownership Plan or RRSP
  • Meet with lawyer for closing details
