After much personal deliberation, I knew that the time had come to ‘let go’ of my beautiful Waterloo home where we had been for the past 16 years. As an empty-nester, it was time to take the next step and that meant selling my lovely home and moving away to another city to join my children. So grateful to have had Patrick Bernier as my realtor. Best experience I have ever had in searching for a home. This was by far the bestresl estate/moving experience that we’ve had. Geraldine has a knack for recognizing people’s skills, and as such utilizes her team to the best of their ability – making everything go seamlessly.
